I was very satisfied with the repairs to my Toyota at Lee’s Automotive Collision Repair. The team communicated clearly throughout the process and kept me informed, especially when delays occurred due to vendors dropping the ball. Despite factors outside their control, they handled everything professionally and completed the repairs as timely as possible. Some delays are unavoidable, as parts availability depends on suppliers who often prioritize dealerships, which is important for customers to understand. Overall, Lee’s did excellent work and provided honest, reliable service.

Most of the work has been performed to my satisfaction except, the side panel on running board is loose and needs new clips. I'll have to bring the vehicle back for new clips.

The jury is out. I think the sensor for tailgate might not be back to original - it seems I have to close the tailgate forcefully to get it to register as closed and not show warning light on dash. Before accident tailgate could close relatively softly/ by its’ own weight and warning light would not be on. I was planning to call you tomorrow to discuss.
