Was never updated, told the wrong date of pickup either 6 or 7 times and the only way they would tell me would be either me calling or showing up. Also had multiple excuses to why they were not ready which led to a 11 day estimated repair being 43 days. Also it looks like the bumper is not all the way on in the front. Never will bring my car back here honestly done with this place.

Sophia was SO kind!! Such an amazing staff running that whole team. They made it very easy for me with documents, picking times that worked around my schedule and also being very funny. Getting rear ended sucked, but they took care of everything in a super fast manner. Would definitely go here again!

Excellent work. Got a full detail and they even reset my TPMS sensors which les Schwab said had to be done at the dealership. Above and beyond, I will bring my car back here next time my catalytic converter gets stolen since I’m too cheap to pay for a shield on it.
