The actual time they took to complete the repair was three times longer than their estimated time to repair . Some of them were out of their control because of extra service needed at the Nissan dealership, some of them might be errors they made when ordering the parts.

They took 4 times longer than they initially estimated to fix the car. They said a new door was wrongly shipped/ordered from Nissan and that they need to reorder to replace the damage. But, from what I can see they reused and fixed the old parts and they never purchased a new door. The door handle is the same and most of the things from the original damage have been the same except cosmetic change.

Lee’s Automotive did such a fabulous job with my car like nothing ever Happened. When I inspected it, it looked better than it looked before for a shop to do that is rare and I was amazed also on how fast they got it done. I’m just so thankful that I took my car there.
