Lents had immediate availability to see our car hours after the accident had occured. The office at Lents was very clean with plenty of chairs for waiting and the staff at Lents were very attentative and responsive upon my arrival. All of the work in the estimate of the repairs to my car was explained to me very clearly. My car was done 4 days before the expected completion date.
