Very quick turnaround. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all because Alpine did that for me. AtDrop off the crew was not the friendliest but at pick up that crew was amazing.

Pick up the receptionist and the guy who checked me in were both very cranky. But when I came back to pick up the car a month later that crew that was working that day were very happy and helpful.

I really feel like there was no attention to detail. I am not satisfied with the repair for the most part, but not sure that I trust the shop enough to let them try again.

Clarity was friendly and communicated well with me before picking up my vehicle. I did feel rushed when picking up the vehicle and do not feel that all my concerns were addressed which led me to feel like I was nagging with multiple emails when I discovered issues instead of seeing them all addressed at once.
