The car looks good and the staff was friendly however communication was lacking. I felt that there should been at least one update during the process and there was quite a lot of confusion when the work was completed

I am very happy with the repair work done on my car and the paint job is outstanding. I know the color was hard to match and LG auto made it perfect. I was especially happy to have the car returned clean inside and out. I really appreciated that Alex kept me informed during stalls and progress throughout the process.
