I wrote a long review here, which was unfortunately erased. Estimator John Harrison, who was new to me, treated me like a longtime friend. He couldn't have been nicer, and he took what steps he could to reduce my bill. When I came to pick up the car, I met another employee new to me, Andrew Braithwaite, who treated me like an old friend too. Then the owner came in, who remembered me from years past. He also remembered that I like to speak Spanish, and we conversed in Spanish for some time! As to the technical work on my car, it couldn't possibly have been better. It looked like a brand-new car! Not only that, but they did their customary complimentary cleaning of the inside of the car. That was also an excellent job, and it saved me time and money in the near future. I couldn't commend this company more highly.

Everyone very nice, body work looks good, appreciate the car being cleaned inside and out. Battery was left very loose though, and car failed to start the next day. Called roadside assistance for a jump, battery was working just not screwed in.

Professional, genuine and knowledgeable are the three best words to describe the folks at LG. Just. don’t say expensive! The LG team went above and beyond, even driving to their parts supplier to get a missing part so that I could have my car back when they’d promised I would.
