Everyone was FABULOUS! Was not planning to submit an insurance claim but Abo recommended that I should. Was SO very thankful. Also appreciated regular automated updates & being personally contacted when necessary. I will recommend your shop to anyone who needs body work. Also when I came for an estimate was so appreciative of being advised of only having the needed work done & nothing extra. I park on the street and accept the fact my car is going to get a ding now & then.

No need to contact me! I was almost completely satisfied. There was just some confusion around the timing of the repair, and I probably would have gone for the cheaper option for the part if I had known the actual timing. Plus when I called once, the person at the desk at the time got a little frustrated with me. No big deal, and there you have it.

I am not satisfied because I received an estimate for the repairs and after I drop my vehicle I received a call to let me know that the cost will increase for about 50% more. Basically half of the damage still on my car. Now I have to leave with this. This is my first time I use your repair shop and maybe the last time.
