My car was still shaking and I literally went to get it back from where it was shipped to. I called for 2 days and no one returned my calls or emails. It was such a terrible taste in my mouth that I will just move on in my day.

It depended completely on who we talked to. Nick B was superior. He explained everything to our satisfaction. The young lady at the desk needs to remember that old ears don’t hear as quickly as young mouths speak, especially if the older folks have never dealt with the process before.
