The people at collision repair were absolutely lovely. I am mediately felt that it was a midsize shop that would really care about me and my satisfaction. I had gone to a very large competitor previously and was very uncomfortable with their more generic approach to customer service. And when I picked up my car it was absolutely perfect. Liberty Collision CenterVille did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased.

Poor service. Misrepresentation of damage and work done. Additional damage and issues with car after I brought my car home. Deliberate misleading about new damage to car.

Took my car in for hail damage , scratches from branches and damaged trim from storm. My car was kept 2 weeks. After I picked my car up, it had loose trim on roof, new scratch on rear panel, new dent in rear bumper and driver's door no longer works with keyless entry fob. The hail damage was repaired.

After I picked my car up and found damage to the back panel and bumper as well as loose trim on roof and inability to use keyless entry on driver's door, I was told by Steve that it was due to prior damage that was poorly repaired. My car did not have prior damage except from hail and s t form. Steve deliberately tried to convince me that my car had prior damage. I don't trust him or the business and would never use their services again.
