I already recommended to Cincinnati Insurance that they should not use you. They said they had similar complaints.

Andrea and Linny were both great. Quality of the repair was subpar.

Again, Andrea and Linny were great. I assume Andrea got tired of all of the problems and wanted out. Also, Liberty intially told insurance it would be 6900+/- and recommended not repairing. Ultimately insurance agreed to repair but then it was 8700+/- in costs. Estimate was bad. Recommendation was bad. Repair was bad.
