Maybe a 6-7 but this could be a 9-10 if we had been communicated with at least a little and definitely higher if my Costa glasses issue is resolved. We aren’t made of money so this is a big deal for me.

Truck repair seems excellent (happy about that) and the Lady at the desk (I’m terrible with names) stayed late to make sure I got it back that day which is above and beyond and appreciate! I’d rate her service a 10. That said, my brand new Costa sunglasses apparently were stolen. I put them in glove box after accident like I always do and looked for them when I got home. Searched entire Truck and they are gone. These are glass, not cheap plastic and retail for nearly $300. I left a message within an hour of picking my truck up Friday October 24, 2025. As of 10am Monday the 27th I have not heard back. I would very much like them replaced.

They were communicating with me during the entire process of my car getting fixed. When the repair time went longer than anticipated, I was informed about what was left to work on and how long it would take. After I received my car, it was cleaned on the inside and out. And to top it off, the customer service was good. Big thanks to these guys for the good service on my car
