The car looks good from the outside you couldn’t tell it was hit. But driving it I’ve noticed that any little bump or crack in the road causes a loud noise in the back, like part of the suspension or body is hitting something else, and the trunk has to be slammed to be closed. Other than that the customer service was great, and the car looks like it was never hit in the first place.

They were very concerned about the parts that they purchased for the repairs. If they felt that the refurbished was not the way to go for safety and further trouble they went with the newer parts. They were so understanding and courteous.
