There was no communication from the shop so I had to call multiple times to check on the status. I was told repairs would take 1 week but they took 2 weeks, leaving me with no vehicle for 2 weeks. I had to call multiple times and stress that I really needed the car back asap because I didn’t have a rental car. Very satisfied with the work..,it looks great!

Great service after not having a great experience at the sister shop in West Chester. Still waiting to hear back regarding replacing the left tail light that was scratched upon inspection at pick up Friday 5/15. I was advised that I’d receive a call after the new part was received for a quick 30 minute swap out sometime this week. Otherwise would recommend this shop for ‘not at fault’ insurance claims!

All work was done with excellence. I took the truck back for a minor adjustment, which they corrected very quickly. They even cleaned the cab of the truck thoroughly when finished! Very satisfied.

The front office staff, Rachel and Janet, and Nate, the general manager, were very professional and personable to work with. They communicated well exactly what needed to be done and the timeframe needed to do it and updated me on a regular basis with the entire process. Was very pleased with my car and my entire experience.
