This shop recently changed ownership, so it's now Liberty Collision. Work took almost two weeks, which seemed like a lot given the extent of the repairs. It was hard to get an answer when we'd call to get an idea of when it would be ready. Got a text message one day saying it would be another week, then a few days later it's ready. That part was confusing. It also seemed like the repairs were excessive compared to the damage. I am not a car expert, but when I asked about buffing out some of the small scratches instead of having to take fenders off and do extensive work, I was told that wasn't an option. We paid the same amount either way, but it seems like the expense was excessive for insurance to pay.
