I worked with Rich and he was wonderful start to finish. They took their time and did everything well which I greatly appreciate. I was apprehensive about taking my car somewhere other than my normal shop but they were nothing short of the best. Hopefully I won’t need body work done on my car in the near future but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car back to the folks at Gary Rains.

It took almost 6 months to make repairs with little communication about what was going on . We were told different dates and times when our car would be ready then didn't hear from anyone when the time came. The car looks beautiful, but overall the customer service left a lot to be desired. We LOVED this body shop in the past but will not be returning.
