If I had to do this again I would have taken this to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle vs going here. I haven’t even had the vehicle for 2 weeks and there is clearly something still wrong.

I marked this as low simply because there was a lack of proactive communication throughout this entire process. I had to call almost daily to find out if my car would be ready and then after call the insurance to extend the rental. I opted in for text updates and only received the initial update stating that I opted in. What’s the point in having that option if it’s not going to be used. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Liberty center collision doesn't keep the customer updated on delays. I had to call them to find out about all the delays.

The repair looks great. The only "complaint" I have is the original estimated completion was 12/15. I didn't hear from anyone on that date. On 12/16 I called 3 times without getting a new date. I did finally get it Thursday, 18th, which was fine. Just suggest keeping in contact better with the customer. Thank you.

They were great! Consistent communication so I always knew how long it was gonna be taking and what was happening to my car. They cleaned my car off because it snowed, and they made the process very simple. Couldn’t ask for anything more! And I would highly recommend!

I don't have a single complaint! They were great. There was consistent communication regarding the progress of my car, and it was completed on time. My car was vacuumed out, and it snowed the day I was picking it up, and one of the employees cleaned off my car, which they didn't have to do that. They also communicated with Enterprise where I was renting a car from.
