Appreciated very much when it came to getting my rear bumper replacement for my Honda HRV 2017 vehicle, that they were gracious enough to still honor the original quote that I had got for it from well over a year and a half ago, as well as when I called to schedule the appointment to bring in for the replacement, I had inquired about getting an in-cabin air filter replacement and asked to see if the auto body shop was able to do that type of service, and graciously was informed since the service department did have that, they would be able to transfer that part over and do it at the same time my rear bumper was getting replaced for when that part came in. Since it was a 'fixture' type of bumper, the Auto Body shop was able to both put that replacement on and then do the in-cabin air filter all in one day and was there for less than 2 hours waiting. When finished, the replacement looked great and I am grateful for all your hard work put into it, including doing an in-cabin air replacement in my car thru the glove box area inside.

I would have given a rating of 10 except that it took over 4 months for my car to be disassembled so a correct estimate could be sent to insurance. I paid for car insurance unnecessarily that whole time.

Maybe for a small repair.... but nothing big during this time when there are so many excuses for delays in progress.

Parts still not received to complete the full repair. I had to get the vehicle back to drive because I had been making 6 months of car payments while it was in for repair.... not all parts received as of yet. I will have to bring it back to get those parts put on as well as e few more they missed when they said it was ready for me to pick up. The day after I left with it, I returned for them to fix a couple discrepancies of poor workmanshin.... lack of attention to details with trim pieces upon reassemble. Those missed by inspector even when he said it was checked and good...... now after driving it on highway at highway speeds..... there is a constant air hissing sound at speeds above 50mph..... there never was before.. the slow process was blamed on whatever was a possible excuse...... most cookunication was a status text saying it was in the reassemble phase..... when in real, they were waiting on a stupid washer fluid hose with no availability date or ship date.... everything was stopped, but telling me it was in reassemble phase. This made me show up to get resolve to what was going on.....not being honest with waiting on parts, and telling me it was in reassemble phase are different scenarios. I don't appreciate that.... we are still not through with the repair and we are going into month 7. Totally ridiculous in today's times.
