As a customer who heavily rely on his car for work. I think the repairs could have taken less time and the information could have been more upfront and decisive minus the variables. I apologize that I'm not the expert but it's just my opinion.

The repair took very very long. Even with the appointment, I couldn't imagine the difference without it. Thus, after I picked up my car, I found that the metal sheet covering the engine underneath was bent at corner. I notified the body shop right away of my disappointment and they tried to make it right after being told that the bent may or may not have came from me. As I understood my purchase agreement, Lindsay Honda is in charge of all of the repairs. Though, the repair on the exterior looked flawless but the timeframe for the repair and getting bounced around a couple of times was very disappointing for me.

I have honda civic 2006, i have some little issue on my bumper i talk with one of the i gave me good advice and they said u no need new bumper we fixed it in good price, they fixed it really quick because of saturday littlebit slower they are but really good exeperience...both of guys are really good and nice...you guys need more people like this service and oil change area...I am Honda car lover 2.i have 3 cars all honda.

Everytime I talked to Cody he was great!! Always giving me some type of update. One day I talked to someone named Jim and he was less than helpful and seemed to be laughing at my questions and need for some type of update for insurance as my rental was to expire the next day.

My vehicle was totalled out, so no actual repair work was done. That said, the pre-op assessment was done quickly and the communication was prompt.

I love my vehicle I like the people I have dealt with at Lindsay but buying my second Acura in 24 months due to an accident I think Lindsay could be just a tad bit more accommodating

Service was pretty good had a few issues with contact and getting return calls once it was straightened out everything was okay I had to use my rental coverage which was only $20 a day Honda charged me an additional $5 a day which they should have just consumed they got my repair service I could have went anywhere
