I want to start by saying that I am satisfied with the quality of the body work performed on my truck. The repairs and paint work look great, and I appreciate the effort your team put into restoring the vehicle. However, after picking up the truck, I noticed several issues that were not present before it was brought to your shop: The driver's side door is not properly locking and unlocking. When making a left turn, there is a noise coming from the driver's side tire area that sounds like something is rubbing or making contact. The front camera appears to be completely disconnected and is no longer functioning. The siren system I previously had installed is no longer connected. The AC was not functioning properly and had to be recharged by my mechanic. While I am pleased with the body repair work itself, these additional issues are concerning because they were not present prior to the repairs. I would appreciate having the vehicle thoroughly inspected to determine whether any of these problems are related to the work that was performed and to ensure everything has been properly reassembled and connected. I value the quality of your body work and hope we can work together to resolve these concerns promptly.
