Carstar provided updates throughout the repair process. They not only give you back a fixed car, but the give you a freshly washed and vacuumed car as well.

I was absolutely amazed at how quickly and professionally the repair was made to my Acura. I was also impressed with daily updates and how clean my vehicle was when I went to pick it up. One caveat though was estimated that car would be ready by September 21and I got call mid day September 16 that car was done and ready for pickup. This is not a complaint but does make me question accuracy and value of those daily updates I was getting. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
