From the start to the finish the Lito autobody team were incredible. Their customer service and client care is exceptional. Carrie organized our rental car, including our pickup and delivery of the vehicle once the repairs were done. She also kept us regularly updated from start to finish. The vehicle repairs were done beautifully you would never know that there was ever any damage. They also detailed the vehicle so it was immaculately clean inside and out.

The service at Lito is absolutely great. The staff were courteous, informative, and gave detailed information on the details of the coverage. They worked with the insurance company, as well as the rental company. I picked up my car without any hassles, left the rental car and drove away with my car looking new, cleaned, and repaired. I would recommend Lito to all who need repairs…you will be in good hands.
