This was an auto insurance claim. I had asked several times for the estimate. On several occasions I was told I would be called or it would be emailed. I didn’t get the estimate until the day before the work was done. I had to call the insurance claims adjuster to help me escalate my request. The insurance claims adjuster also said she made 2 request for the estimate.
