We scheduled an appointment through our insurance and I received automated texts confirming the appointment date and time but when we showed up to drop off the car, nobody was expecting us. This seemed to delay the ability to complete the estimate until weeks after dropping off the car. We also had to call for updates and if we didn’t call it didn’t seem like anybody was going to let us know they progress or the hold up with why things took so long. The staff was always very friendly on the phone and in person but communication could have been a bit better

First and Foremost, the communication from Gus started off thorough and concise , and he maintained that throughout the entire repair. Each part needed , and ordered , whether it be a wheel or a simple bolt , Gus communicated when it was ordered and when it should arrive.
