Lockhart Collision has been in business for 42 years. We have a new state of the art facility that speaks for itself. We offer pick up and delivery options and after hours drop off availability. We have 4 paint booths, with 2 down draft pressured paint and spray booths. One of our booths is a full size truck booth so we can accommodate almost anything!! We have I-Car and ASE Certified Technicians that perform high quality repairs. Lockhart has an exceptional customer service reputation that we hold to the highest standard. We strive to be the best!!!

She was not very personable at all. Asked if they could take the dent above my handle of my door as a courtesy. She says no we don't do that I said that you've done it before on my BMW. I said I don't know if you take it off the money for the collision repair or not and she said that's illegal sir and gave me no other options. Just kind of made me feel like I was trying to scam or something. Put a real bad taste in my mouth. Don't think I'm coming back next time I need a repair. I'll say this to you. If you've had no other complaints about this girl from any other clients then you can disregard what I'm saying. Being in management for 30 years though I would bet all my money that you've had a lot of complaints over the years. They were correct.
