Lockhart Collision has been in business for 42 years. We have a new state of the art facility that speaks for itself. We offer pick up and delivery options and after hours drop off availability. We have 4 paint booths, with 2 down draft pressured paint and spray booths. One of our booths is a full size truck booth so we can accommodate almost anything!! We have I-Car and ASE Certified Technicians that perform high quality repairs. Lockhart has an exceptional customer service reputation that we hold to the highest standard. It was really bad experience, I was not expecting this from Cadillac, It took 3 months to get minor damage repair done, I had to use gas car for the entire time, I had to get my own rental car and pay out of my pocket while waiting for the car to get fixed, I still had to make my hefty loan payment when i was not even driving the car. I was expecting Cadillac to take care of the repair quickly if they had to make me wait for three months they should have given me another loaner lyriq or should have offered some some sort of reimbursement for them being super slow.

The actual repair work was excellent. However, the front desk staff needs basic training in customer service. If body repairs are needed in the future, I will likely choose a different body shop simply because of the lack of good customer service.

The delay on the parts were a major issue which made me wait almost two months. They wouldn't let me see the progress of my vehicle and gave me a lot of excuses. I didn't care for the customer service Secretary, she was very rude. The quality of the work was excellent. They put additional mileage on my vehicle (40 miles).
