Lockhart Collision has been in business for 42 years. We have a new state of the art facility that speaks for itself. We offer pick up and delivery options and after hours drop off availability. We have 4 paint booths, with 2 down draft pressured paint and spray booths. One of our booths is a full size truck booth so we can accommodate almost anything!! We have I-Car and ASE Certified Technicians that perform high quality repairs. Lockhart has an exceptional customer service reputation that we hold to the highest standard. I'm pleased with the work done on my Cadillac. My estimator Ethan Schitter was very thorough with looking over my car when I brought it to the dealership. I was given my estimate and I paid for the part ahead of having any work done. My only concern is when I received a phone call from Ethan stating that my car was ready for pickup on April 28, 2023, only then at this time he told me that I would be charged an additional $50 because of a paint issue. I dropped my car off early on April 25 for my scheduled appointment on April 26. So, from April 26 to April 28, I did not receive a phone call or text telling me that the cost of my repair would be increasing and getting my approval of this increase prior to the work being done. I feel like this added cost should not have been charged to me because Lockhart Collision Repair made a $50 decision to add to my already $1000+ repair cost without my consent. This $50 should have been a write off for Lockhart Collision Repair due to their oversight and how this was handled. Sincerely, Valencia
