Lockhart Collision has been in business for 42 years. We have a new state of the art facility that speaks for itself. We offer pick up and delivery options and after hours drop off availability. We have 4 paint booths, with 2 down draft pressured paint and spray booths. One of our booths is a full size truck booth so we can accommodate almost anything!! We have I-Car and ASE Certified Technicians that perform high quality repairs. Lockhart has an exceptional customer service reputation that we hold to the highest standard. Communication was very poor. I was told I was to receive email communication throughout the process. I received one email to indicate they have my car and one email to say my car was ready after we had picked it up. Also, I was told 3 different completion times, only to have them say the car will need another day.

The facility was very clean and comfortable; each team member I dealt with was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I received regular updates regarding repair progress on my truck.
