Everything was completely perfect. I'm a repeat customer, and the last time I used your services, there were a couple of slight glitches related to an existing paint blemish not quite buffed out, and a clip for the upper valence in front of the hood, both very minor and fixed on a ten-minute follow-up visit. There was also a delay of about 3 weeks waiting for a body panel but this was in '22 during the height of the COVID -related supply chain problems. The impressive factor with that car was there was major suspension repair required, and the car looked perfect and drove flawlessly afterwards until it sadly was totalled. That experience made Look my first stop for an estimate to repair a minor fender bender. Car was delivered freshly washed and no glitches except one, which fixed itself: The Tire Pressure Monitors for the front wheels had lost contact with the computer, likely due to the battery having been disconnected during repair. They came back and started displaying like I'm used to after about 5 miles of driving. I completely recommend Look Auto Body for anyone needing truly OEM-level insurance repairs, and you can quote me.

Joel was very thorough and reassuring. He explained that if anything ever comes up down the line, the work they performed is backed by a lifetime warranty. They completed the repair in a timely manner and even drove us to the rental car office, which I really appreciated.

I only had 1 door to work on. The door looks like new. The door did take 4 weekdays. Drop off monday, returned Thursday. I did not push and I was fine with the time. Looks great.
