No communication, had to literally hound the owners on when my car was ready. It took 6, yes 6 weeks to fix a small dent ok one panel of my car. And the owner I believe was extremely rude. I didn't choose the shop, All-State did and I will literally never ever come back here.

I am so pleased with but only the finished product but the customer service, and the fact that they hit the work done so fast, they even cleaned my car I’m pregnant so it’s been hard for me to wash it it even wiped it down. When I got it back work was amazing car was clean I was so thankful. And appreciative. I will definitely recommend lord collision repair. Treated me like family from beginning to end, walking me through the entire process and ensuring that’s there was no hassle on my end. I am a forever customer.
