The staff was polite and helpful with getting my car serviced in a timely manner. Every phone call I made was greeted with a friendly staff member. I did not feel rushed when talking with them on the phone.

Tracy was particularly helpful to me in this difficult experience, and Bree was also very nice. Everyone I spoke to , actually, was helpful and I liked the texting updates. I wish I had not needed your help (not wrecked the car), but Lou Fusz Collision made it less awful and I am very grateful for the quality of the work (incredible!) and the kindness of the people.
