My car looks like it got scrubbed with a push broom. The interior was dirty upon delivery. The badges that got replaced on the hatch are crooked. The amount of dissatisfaction I have experienced is unfathomable.

We were satisfied with our repair. We appreciated all of the texts updating the status of our vehicle. My only only suggestion is that it would be helpful to include in the final text, preparing for pickup, to let customers know in that text message about the credit card processing fee. We have brought our cars, Three different vehicles over the past several years for different things but was not aware of the credit card fees. We would have brought cash or check to save that fee on our deductible. It would just be a kind inclusion of the fee in the final text message.
