You guys did not reconnect the washer fluid to we put washer fluid in and it leaked all over the ground and now it's completely empty. Also, we have no coolant almost no coolant. If we hadn't checked the car we could've driven any damage the engine there's also a plastic piece missing from the front of the vehicle to the left of the license plate. We will be calling in the morning to address these items and also an unevenness between the right front quarter panel and the hood of the truck. Thank you.

3 weeks to repair my car for damage from a non major accident is too long. I still need to return on Monday for repairs to be completed. I now fund that my drivers seat belt will not retract. Iwas told on Weds that I had to wait until today because the only technician that knew where the parts to my car were was out sick. You need to have more than one technician who can do the job. This is my first bad experience in my many years dealing with your company but it has been really frustrating.
