I was disappointed on how the truck bed spray bed liner was incomplete. Very obvious tape line 3/4 across bed floor between new and old coating . When I expressed my disappointment, the answer I was given was “our techs don’t work for free” . I asked why I wasn’t notified prior to that part of the job was done. No answer

The repairs look good. We don't have a rental so scheduling was key. After they said they found additional damage. My wife called and they said it would take an extra 10 days. It seemed like they did not think my wife was knowledgable. When I called then the time moved up to only 3 days extra. Also they did not proactively call to tell us it would take more time. A good shop that needs to communicate more and communicate consistently whether the customer is a man or a women. Also they charged 4% for credit card payment and would not take personal checks only cashiers checks. We wound up paying cash with is weird in this day and age.
