The car is clean, inside and out, with the new door, but there is still air getting in through some form of damage somewhere. Additionally, the car was returned to us with new things wrong with it, including battery issues and problems with the stereo.

The shop was not very communicative about the status of the repair, and why it took 3-4x as long as it was quoted.

The finished work was very good. But it took about two weeks to complete. And when I’d call to inquire about when it would be done ( which was numerous times), I wouldn’t get answers back. Poor communication.

Body Shop got a very nice job again. This is my daughters trax. The first time they did an excellent job fixing the damage That happened when she slid off the road into the brush/ditch after a ice/snow storm. And now again after two hail storms caused dents.

The body shop rep we dealt with it was very nice and professional. The body shop got the car in and out as scheduled, and he even help me with some touch up paint on some stone chip spots on the hood when we came to pick it up.
