I had a great experience at Luxury Auto Body Shop. Gerard helped me throughout the process and he was very nice, professional, and extremely informative. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. The customer service alone made a stressful situation much easier. 100% professionals! Quick estimate and quick turnaround time. Rigo kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the whole process. Rego & Gerard are phenomenal! Rego was the first person to contact me regarding my repair, very friendly, respectful & kind. Gerard handled the majority of my car repair and continually kept me informed on the status. Gerard went above and beyond to get the alignment done on my car while awaiting the last 2 parts from Toyota. He knew how important it was for me to get my car back as soon as possible. My car looks like I was never in an accident! It’s amazing! I’m a Customer Service Manager by profession and so appreciate the extreme professionalism of Gerard & Rego!
