I would not recommend anyone getting their car repaired with this company. Their communication is completely HORRIBLE!!! They will lie to you every week and NEVER call you back unless they are calling for a payment. They will not update you on the progress of your vehicle. They change employees every other week so you will be explaining yourself to several different people. I took my vehicle there thinking they were reputable but I was better off going to a mom and pop shop. I would not ever recommend them to my worst enemy. My car repair was good but for the 4 months that I had to wait to get my car back I was very disappointed. Not a good experience at all.

It was a pleasure working with them it just took over 6 weeks for minor repairs possible due to Covid and lack of workers but overall it looks brand new

Dent was removed but the bumper was retouched when i did not ask for that, it is pretty obvious where you retouched the pain. Also the bumper was reattached in a manner that did not match the factory attachment (huge gap)

I was refunded for both the scanning that was supposed to be done but never done and the bumper bracket since there was an obvious gap in the panels
