I had used this company in the past to paint my 1990 Miata which at the time was 30 years old. I picked up a gorgeous looking car. So, when the front bumper of my 2019 Miata needed repair, I took it to them. They changed and painted the new bumper. They set up an appointment for me on a day when they could begin to work on the car, enabling me to keep the car until they were ready to start the work. I must say that I am very pleased with the quality of Work. They did a great job -- excellent customer service, pleasant interactions, good color match, flawless results, good turnaround time, and front desk person was very courteous and helpful. Overall, my experience was very positive. I am happy.

My 2007 BMW 530I, after sitting out in the sun for years, needed a paint refresh. The paint technician at the Douglasville location did an outstanding job. The manager Milena was on leave the day I was to pick up my vehicle. Fortunately for me, Raphael who manages a different location was there to assist me, I’m grateful for his great customer service. Raphael, was very professional, pleasant, kind, and accommodating. He made sure that the car was to my satisfaction before leaving. He went over and above to ensure I was satisfied before taking the car home. He even had a technician to clean the lights, which gave the car a brand new look. I’m very thankful for the paint technician and Raphael for great customer service.

After visiting three paint and body shops in the Douglasville, GA area. I decided to select Maaco. When I entered the shop and was greeted by Milena. She was very thorough and elaborate further what each package represents. After videoing the car we went inside to get the total amount it would be. Once I made my selection. I felt confident with the dialog and process Milena had explained. When I drop off the car a couple of days later. It took approximately five days to get the call that my car was done and ready to be picked up. Once I made it to Maaco it was fifteen minutes before closing. Luckily Milena was still there and was able to bring the finish product for my review. Once she drove the car out and I saw the finish product I was totally speechless. The Fiat 500l was just as i imagine it will be. I was a bit skeptical to take Milena's suggestion because I was concerned about cost. I'm extremely pleased that I went with with my first impulse and decided to try Maaco. If anyone is thinking about getting their vehicle painted. Please stop by Maaco/Douglasville and chat with Milena. She's customer friendly and well versed. I'm one happy customer.
