To whom it may concern. When I got my car back there was still damage to it and I had asked to have it repaired but they only took care of the fender and rust. The car had a strong smell of paint and overspray was all over the car. I gave them two headlight bulbs and they replaced the one that was out. I will take it to a real collision shop to complete the job.

I'll never recommend maaco to anyone and tell everyone I know to never get a paint job from maaco.

Terrible paint job, looks worse than it did before getting painted. Circular scratches all over the hood. Dirt specks painted over the entire car. Bad paint drip spot above passenger door. Intentional scratches on glass of driver's side mirror. Very disappointed I chose maaco.

On initial consultation with sales rep I asked for the $699 1 yr paint warranty job, it totaled to $995. After waiting in lobby for my ride, I noticed a sign for the much better 4 yr paint warranty for $999, so I asked to have that done instead. The salesman seemed upset that I noticed their sign. When the car was completed a week later I paid over the phone and was left on hold for 30min after paying, salesman said he forgot I was on hold. I asked to pick up the car on Sat when I could get a ride there. They put the key in the gas cap area like I requested but the car was unlocked, very unprofessional.

10/10 paint job i have no complaints and was don’t very very fast(sooner than expected), only complaint is the slight after spray on my tires but it is no major concern , 10/10 work and pricing
