OUTSTANDING paint job!!! The Jetta looks 100% better. I would like to Thank Mr. H. Griffin for being a man of is word. He is on top of the paint shop, he made sure the job was done right!!! The first time.

Hellmon was the only person that had great customer service. Everyone else just was tired and dry.

The employee at the desk can be more friendly and greet customers nicely and not so dry and nonchalant. I came for nice service and the gentleman at the computer was not nice nor friendly to be working in the front with customers. I even made a joke to lighten the mood and he did not even react. He needs more customer service training.

There should not be a charge Fee to use a Card payment instead of Cash when customers can’t even pay in cash. That doesn’t make any sense. Employee can inform customers this information instead of having to find out in the receipt.

I felt like i was getting the run around, it seems very weird to me that any type of repair shop would order parts without fully pulling apart whatever is damaged to get a full understanding of what is needed. I severed in the navy as a gas turbine tech so I'm speaking from personal experience when i say that is outrageous. I was also not aware that not all MAACO’s work with FIMC so I’d definitely go to a different location that is listed as a partner if i ever need repairs.
