This has been the worst repair experience I've ever had. Three missed deadlines, three supplemental invoices and when I was finally informed the car was finished there's a big glaring message,the park assist unavailable. Chloe insists everything was clear when she called but has yet to provide any proof of such. They took it to Tesla at Tucker and I'm still waiting nearly 2 months later after the initial drop. I asked for some sort of compensation and Chloe is insisting that them taking it to Tesla is enough.

Kyle presented grade a service and support all the way round the board. Always kept me updated, was very informative, and answered any questions I had with ease. The team at this location was really professional and really cool! I brought in my car in and Kyle was quick and consistent with the inspections needed before repairs. On the drop off day it was very smooth. All questions i had regarding the work were answered with honesty and transparency. The work completed was amazing! Everything came back flushed perfectly. The paint was perfect match as well. Also it took less than a week and the staff even let me view parts before applied to my car. That’s what is most appreciated about getting my car repaired at Maaco! Huge shoutout to the whole staff!
