Very happy with the paint and finish. Personnel were up-front and personable. The only downside, was that there is overspray dust all over my engine bay. Hopefully my K&N filter will come clean.

Prior to painting, I sent emails, phone calls to alert a area that I needed repair. It was just painted over. I notified the Portland shop and my call were ignored.

There are some unresolved issues with orange peel and a bubble or scratch on the rear of the vehicle hatch. Overspray is on my moldings and windows. That said, the Mgr. Gary has been very helpful and has enforced their 5 day rule to address and repair unsatisfactory issues not fixed. I am pleased with the customer service and assistance throughout the process.
