I took my daughter’s car in and asked about the turn around for the repairs. They were transparent with their estimation and over delivered in half the time estimated. Shane and his team did an outstanding job on the body work. They kept me in the know on the status every couple of days. I would highly recommend you using Maaco. They had the best prices after getting three quotes. Hopefully, I won’t need to use them in the future for car body work, but if there is a future need I will definitely be using them again. Maaco allowed my battery to rundown, resulting in having to buy a new battery the day after we picked the car up at a cost of about $200. I know they had to jump the battery to start the car, since the battery post covers were left lying loose in the engine compartment.

I wasn’t satisfied with the answers I was receiving from Shannon or Saul their communication wasn’t the same dialogue it was like at times neither of them were aware of what was happening and my concerns were just that mine … my vehicle was not assembled back to the way it was brought in my computer screen had been tampered with so I had to call the dealer for help I was told my part would be on this day and it ended up being a few more days I don’t know if this was intentional or what my gas was depleted and when mention I was told the distance my vehicle was driven was the cause well why wasn’t my gas tapped off normally when I take my vehicle to get worked on my gas is filled before returning ..
