I’m still waiting for a callback- my parking assist doesn’t work since the repair. I suspect something didn’t get plugged in correctly after the truck bed was off.

Name is Steven Teel which was told to your employees several times. Inside front window had an oil like texture and there was splashed oil like texture on the doors and dashboard. it looked like someone laid an oil/grease rag on the dashboard and left stain. could not make any sense out of this because there was no work to be done in the front of the car. Also took longer than was told to have the work done which created a rental car problem. The work that needed to be done was good.

Work that was done was good. The person who detailed and wash the car did an awful job. Left oil like substance on windows, bash board and doors. The outside panels has a substance on them that will not come off. Very disturbing.

I wish that Eldean would have communicated better and given me updates on the progress of my vehicle. I had to call him every week to find out what was going on. It didn’t seem there was a sense of urgency to get my vehicle back to me. The work they did was great and I and satisfied.

It was pretty good. I could tell that it had been repaired though with the amount of space in between the bumper and fender.
