Took longer than expected to complete because the vehicle needed alignment. I was called with a tentative schedule. Talking with the alignment shop, I learned they were not contacted until the day they were planning to send for work. Advance planning and scheduling should have been better. Cost me additional 5 days vehicle rental through a weekend.

They have done an excellent job on two of our cars in the last year. One of them required extensive work and an entire car repaint. They made sure it was perfect before sending it home to us. If we need them again I’m gonna start asking for frequent flyer miles lol.
