Satisfied with repairs. Disappointed/ frustrated at the lack of the communication from Brad. We didn’t hear from him for 2 weeks, my wife had to call Thursday of the 2nd week of no communication. Only to be told it should be done Friday, then received a call Friday, saying with questionable reasoning it wouldn’t be able to be released until Monday because of an invoice. Monday came and we received no phone call again, my wife called at 4:30 to be told the car was ready, but that they closed at 5, when the website says 5:30. We picked it up on Tuesday, as there was no way to get to the shop by 5pm on Monday. Again, fine with the repairs just very disappointed in the lack of communication. Hope something is able to change to improve customer service at this location.

I would just warn them of the illegal credit card fee attempt made when trying to pay

Great repair job, but charging a 3% credit card fee in Texas when paying with a credit card is actually a normal accepted payment method, is not legal. Could be fined up to $500 for each offense. Texas could even go through your records and charge you $500 for each credit card fee offense. Please make your own investigation into this matter before it’s too late to avoid penalties.

I specifically asked to be informed along the way. I had to call and get the price difference after the work was started. Then had to call to check on the status- I was told it would be ready by lunch on a specific day. I called at 1240 and was told it was almost ready then told oh it was ready.
