Estimate accuracy = 1 (on day 3 received a call telling me the paint job - repair would be 20% higher than quoted). Final price learned on delivery day was reduced some $500-600. Obviously great news and very appreciative until I realized over half of the reduction was for work not completed. They elected not to do paint the pinstripe as was quoted and then didn't bother telling me they didn't do it. The vehicle looks good without it so I didn't contact them to complete. This becomes more of an integrity issue. Promise date/ Comms = 8 (this score reflects consideration for some unknowns). and would have scored a 10 if had met their midweek commitment of the 3rd week delivery commitment). Miscellaneous = 1. When we arrived on Friday for 1st thing pickup, our vehicle wasn't ready and Aaron had the audacity to tell us "I told you". On Wed, they even told me when I called and spoke to Kami about the midweek commitment it would be ready Thursday but I requested moving to Friday 1st thing and she said no problem. So we had a verbal exchange and were treated as if I made up the delivery time. We had to arrange this time from our jobs so why would we do this? My wife and one other female Maaco employee heard the entire exchange. Overall = 3
