Overall my experience was great! Everyone was super nice and professional about the whole thing. The repair looks great as well. They really took their time and made sure the job was done right. They even made sure recalls were taken care of and the gremlins were fixed.

Everyone I talked to was super friendly. Brad would also call us frequently and give us updates on the vehicle. My only negative point is that I had to call and ask for a status on the vehicle to find out it was ready.

The entire experience was amazing - every step of the way - being greeted by Shannon to receiving a very fair estimate, timely work completion, cost that was less than estimated, and quality service!
