The moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. I was greeted with excellent customer service and hospitality from Shannon. I believe it was Brad who worked on my Kia and he did an excellent job. I am very happy I have my car fixed. It was a very minor detail that has bugged me since January and they happily took care of it for me.
