Just have one suggestion. A supplement was approved and the supplement check was sent and received by Maaco but insurance had a typo for Maaco’s email address so the email was not received by Maaco, causing some additional wait time. I feel like Maaco should have tried to match the supplement check with the repair and that delay could’ve been avoided.

Having your car painted is complicated, but our MAACO tech, Brad, explained everything each step of the way. It took more time than we wanted and cost more than we expected before talking to MAACO, but the paint job is excellent, and we are very pleased with the results. Customer service rep, Shannon, was a bright spot along the way with her professional, friendly demeanor. She made us feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you.

The office staff was kind and helpful, the repair was done quickly, and ai was not expecting the interior of my car to be vacuumed, but whoever did it was kind enough to take the time to bag up my daughter's toys and random stuff and set them in the seat. Everyone went above and beyond. It was a great experience start to finish.

I am very happy with the rust removal and paint on my car. Brad did an exceptional job communicating with me during the process. Customer service doesn't seem to matter these days, but Brad brought back memories of the way things used to be when a company went out of their way to make sure their customers were happy.
